Move it Monday

I have a confession. I use to think that weight training made you bulky or look manly. I guess it can if you get carried away. I have been weight training for over three months now and it is transforming my body back to 10 years ago. Ok with the exception of stretch marks and DDD's. Lol, I feel so much better and I am loving the results. I am here to say if you need to lose 10 pounds try weight training with a partner. I know that is what made my journey easier and so much fun. It's Monday, get moving, there is no better time to start transforming YOU! Off to get my workout on!
