Back in the Game

It has been a while since my last post. This blogging thing can get a little bit complicated. Some things came up after the event and I had to take a step back to reflect. The event was great but I had a few let downs. For the most part it was totally out of my control, but when I saw a red flag I should have known better. People will let you down. They will put on an act just to be part of the team, but when it is time to get in the game and contribute they stay on the sidelines watching to see if you are going to fail. Sorry not this time! It's the fourth quarter and I still have time to meet my annual goals for the business this year. Time to get back in and make it happen!
